I never realized that so many things out their were available to them. Things we take for granite. This book is another one you can't put down, even when it comes time to eat!!! A great suspense novel! Can't wait till Daryl writes another book!!

0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Hope it never happens to us! By KB I don't normally read paranormal stories but because of the deaf family involved, I decided to try it. This book really kept my attention almost non-stop as I was waiting to see what would happen next and hoping the family wouldn't get hurt and yet wondering why they didn't leave the house. The demons seemed to be getting more frustrated because the family couldn't initially hear them and they resorted to making themselves known visually and finally resorting to visual and physical violence. There were several Christian comments included in this book too, but that didn't seem to really hold off the spirits very long until they got more professional help. And yet, even that wasn't perfect. It still was a scary thought that it could happen to anyone unexpectedly and the difficulties to get rid of the demons.
